"We started with relaxed incline pushups @ 3-5 sets of 20 reps every other day and half as many reps and sets on the next day and alternated like this mid-season spring. We used a bar and stairs. No stairs?! Try a sturdy kitchen counter top, work bench or garage counter! We had 1 to 2 shakes instead of meals every other day and PRESTO! We are so pleased we both (male and female) lost 12-15 pounds (give or take a few due to excess water). Go For It! You've nothing to lose but that heavy stress-causing fat.
